On September 22nd, while preparing for a quick trip to Athens, Georgia to perform a show - the idea for this song suddenly leapt into my head. 20 minutes later it was written and recorded. First take was used for the dulcimer and melody vocal, second and third takes for the two tracks of harmony vocals, so it's a little rough! For my fiancee', Jae. I made it back this time, honey. |

Just a little musing that I recorded with the Roland Fantom. It doesn't know if its scary or hopeful, kind of a schizoid musical noodling. |

This is the opening bit of music from the short film "Meds", produced in November of 2002 by J.O.B. Entertainment Inc. I wrote, casted, shot, directed, edited and scored the five minute videofilm which is now traveling around the country to various film festivals including Orlando's own Fringe Festival! |

This is the middle section score for the short film "Meds". I composed the entire soundtrack (all five minutes and 30 seconds of it) in about a week using the Roland Fantom workstation. |

This experiment with ragtime piano writing is one of the first test tracks for a new musical. It was composed using Sibelius with a Casio CTK-811ex as the sound module. Whoa doggie. |

Here's a four-track demo featuring Roland PMA-5 drums/bass and two dulcimer tracks, one distorted and one clean. The song has to do with getting out of a small town in order to discover what's "out there." |

Originally composed in 1987 and re-arranged in 1998, this song's backing tracks were to be the actual recording for "Die Caught Ah Me!"'s opening. Now, the song is being considered for A Band and Bing. |

This is the original 1998 demo for a tune that will be recreated for A BAND AND BING. A vocal version will appear here soon, as the songs wicked intentions are lost without the lyrics. The song is about a man who pines for his dead wife long after he's killed her. |

A big sprawling rock piece that was originally demoed for "Die Caught Ah Me!" but will now serve as one of the pivotal tunes on A BAND AND BING. This project, featuring many of Orlando's most talented players, is currently in pre-production. Most of the A BAND AND BING tracks are sans vocals (ain't you lucky?) |

The instrumental track for a song that was to be on an album called "Die Caught Ah Me!" (see below.) I've programmed everything using a keyboard controller and a Roland PMA-5 for the sound module. Mostly everything is real-time. The track will more than likely be held over for A BAND AND BING. |

From the 1997 production "The Jungle Book: A Musical Adaptation", this opening overture introduces the five major themes of the show. I had three weeks to write, perform and record the entire 45 minute score as well as printing out sheet music and rehearsing the six actors who were to sing Kipling's lyrics for the first time in American theatrical history. To practice writing for different groups of instruments, I use templates of common orchestrations. In this sample concerto, I use a traditional four-piece string section comprised of two violins, a viola and a cello. Casio-style, of course. This little interstitial will be one of many that fit in between tracks of A BAND AND BING. |

A controversial 1988 Crazed Bunnyz tune that talks about racism in very frank terms. This tune offended many who had been tuning into the Contemporary Christian band's light-hearted hard-core message. We were blacklisted then and even now, MP3 won't allow me to post the real title of the song. Well, when you get to the part about "no niggers", you'll know the real title. I guess they don't have censoring tools built in everywhere. |
