As I sat down to actually read a book for the first time in over 8 years (forced to read my SO yr in HS), I realize our fate is in the hands of those with power. Its those who control businesses, control the stock markets, and control the movie entertainment industry. Are these the roots of all evil? If so... Sign me up. One way or another we all hope and dream. For some, those dreams do come true. This piece started out as a simply piano solo and what do you know... I added more and more. |

It's come to the point where I seem to fail at pleasing those that I write my music for. It's like the ultimate curse. I'm hired out to compose a track, and after submitting the final copy, the customer isn't satisfied with the end result. so with this one, I stepped back and created something for my own enjoyment. Funct them all. I'm tired of failing the line. |

The magic starts to fade as the final destination must be traveled by a great leader who will ultimately initiate a revolution that will re-write the face of history. Nobility, peace, and honor reside within giving him and all that follow the strength to fight along his side regaining the confidence of power to empower the dark and mystical enhancements that cover the once peaceful lands. |

uummm.. Ya. Ants. Sorry, it was the first thing that popped in my mind and I couldn't come up with another name. So... I left it at Dueling Ants. After all, can't you see them fighting their way to the top for supreme "King of the Hill"? One goes left. The other goes right. They scurry around a bit, and eventually dash to the top hitting numerous obstacles on the way.... |

Creeping in. Sneaking down. Cutting up. They come and go as they please terrorizing the hearts and minds of every weary traveler on every known corner of the world. Someone is watching us, stalking us, and waiting for that perfect moment to pounce. And when they do, you are caught off guard only to see the shadow that hunted you down. Gone. Fade. You stand still by yourself and realize your mind is only seeing what it wants to see and hear. |

Just imagine the troops scattering about preparing the grounds for the highly thought of and utmost respected leader of all time. The urgency to have everything virtually perfect is key to impressing this man of great demeanor. Once he arrives, you notice a sigh of relief on his face as he gains confidence of his troops. |

One night I sat down and composed this piece knowing this would be my last song for a long time (a least a few months). It was the last night in my old room and I was finally moving all the stuff out the next day. The tune reflects my mood at that moment of despair and an unknown sadness. |

One you could sit down with the phones, and loop a few times without getting annoyed. The ending has a sad adiago of strings similar to my track, "Fallen Legions" |

I went nuts on it. Anway, I spent 14+ hours on it and so far it has been the longest time I've spent on a project. Mainly because I had problems exporting. Oh well, still cool track. (9.11.02) I had a dream the other night. I was in a kitchen sitting in the corner looking up through a skylight in the middle of the room. Along the counter top grew a young tree overhanging the center of the room with it's leaves waving and some falling all around as the air and particles swirled about. The light pushed its way through the opening above and bounced its way off the leaves illuminating the ceiling with dancing lights similar to a prism. As I sat there, I watched as angels started to appear twisting and turning their angelic bodies flying around the room amongst the falling leaves. As I sit, I start to hear a tune. The same 4 notes you'll hear in this piece. Over and over with that subtle ambience of air, compfort, and solitude. My dreamed played the notes: E.D.G.E. |
