This song is written as a gospel tune. Inspired by the death of a friend from aids. I wrote it the day after he died. This is a remix from the 4 track master with much improved sound quality. |

Written in 1970's and recorded on the BF Deal Sampler Vol 1 on BF Deal records in 1975. Although it's in the Pop/Vocals genre this is more of a Folk/Jazz song, what I call Fazz. This is a comparison between the city and the jungle, and how they are very a like. This is the original version of this song, I later recorded it in 1980 in a very different style. |

Another version of Pirahna recorded in 1980. We were in the studio when we got the word about John Lennon. It made the song even more intense. This was recorded as a project with a band called Visitors, a jazz fusion band that was put together for the recording. The master was lost so all I had to make the file with was a 22 year old cassette. Thanks to Stian Aagedal's software Acoustica iwas able to salvage the song. |
