Light upbeat bossa nova with inspirational, but playful lyrics. The message is in the title. Myro's unusual funky singing style nicely complemented by Guenevere's stright-ahead sweet voice. The rhythm section, guided by Myro's signature flowing and lush Spanish classical guitar chords, provides a great bossa nova base with perfect pulsing
tenor sax embellishment by Steve Wolfe. |

A "tone poem". The lyrics contain Myro's wildest spiritual, philosophical wanderings. The music borders on modern classical, ripe with his trademark lush and plentiful chords and flowing time changes (from 3/4 to 2/2 here). Again his unique "sing/speaking" style accentuates the equally unique message behind the lyrics. Requires concentrated listening. Great view into the "moonlight mirror" of Myro's soul. |

An epic (6:35) jazz funk protest rap. Just when the list of abominable messes into which our misleaders have misled us becomes unbearable, the oratory ends with words of hope and inspiration. Notice the unusual
time signature. Like an Indian raga, the entire form must be played through twice to get back to 1. Great musical satire in Steve's solo halfway through the song. |
