This song is yet another 2-chord vamp between the bass, and guitars. Utilizing two major chords this time, C Major and E Major, this progression smells like 311 in its clean phase. The chorus of the song breaks the same chords into distortion, with a small lead part on the E chord, that sounds totally sweet the first two times, and the second 2 times featuring brave octaves by Corey Placito. The subtle lead part by Corey during voices accompanies traditional metaphorical lyrics sung by Adrian Tardy. "And we'll rise and soar, we'll see this world in reform". The middle of the song yields a solo octave part by Corey while accompanied by Adrian on the palmmute/chords, which breaks into the heated last chorus of the song, featuring screams behind the sung chorus. David accompanies the verses beautifully with subtle high-hats and snare, then goes crazy, even adding double bass to the scene in the chorus. Another long one, at 5:22, this song is a tradition CON epic ballad. Keep em coming, bunnies. (written by Alex Placito)

This fast-paced tune is a heartpumping vamp between two chords, Gminor and Eflat Major. Though never breaking from the progression, the song is far from trite or overplayed. The lead vocals cut through the bassy feel of the song and soar to your eardrums, piercing not only the sound waves but your mind itself, as Adrian Tardy sings in his usual metaphorical context about (godknowswhat). A traditional deadstop-style chorus filled with octaves and right-placed screaming makes it a terrific sing-along song, not to mention the fact that the tune is filled with the almost hilarious-style backbeats of at the time broken-legged David O'Connor, the supportive bass work of newcomer Shawn O'Connor, and several ripping, very technical solos yielded by Corey Placito, as well as a solo exchange between he and Adrian after the first chorus. All in all, this song is an amazing crowd pleaser and quite a work of art. Keep em comin, boys. (written by Alex Placito)

For All My Friends has more of an upbeat, bounce around feel to it, with many many buildups and of course The CON's usual song-style structure of simply 3 chords, a simple vamp from B flat minor (add 9) to G flat Major (add 9), to A flat Major, then back to B flat minor again. Starting off with a slow, clean guitar intro, with a haunting lead part over it, this song soon breaks into the energetic rhythm/lead/palm muting special that The CON is famous for. Well, in Byron anyway. There are two recognizable differing parts in the song, mostly discernable by David O'Connors changing drum pattern, and introduction of new solos. The epic, in all, clocking in at 6 minutes, is another sampling of hatred/anger/frustration from AJ Tardy/Corey Placito's library of song lyrics. With the two guitarists switching on and off the responsibility of vocalizing, including screaming their guts out at the audience, in rage to someone who has hurt one of them in the past, this song has a very cool sing along at the end, and is sure to be a favorite on the up and coming Hopewell studio recorded release. You guys maybe aren't ready for it yet, but your kids are gonna love it. (written by Alex Placito)
