Failsafe was Naples original Hardcore band. Between late 1995 and early 1999 this group set a precedent of passion, honesty, unbridled artistic creativity, and uncompromising originality for the Naples Punk/Hardcore/Indie scene. These songs are from the final and now out of print Failsafe demo, "Fire Walk with Me." They were later released again on the Failsafe discography "96-98" and are now planned to be included in the FDO Naples Hardcore Retrospective CD planned for release in the near future.
The members of Failsafe have gone on to start or join bands such as Peter Pan Complex, Kilborough 17, Autumn in Ashes, Dreams Die First, Ars Phoenix, Unlucky Atlas, Salem, Maniac, and The Mentat School. More Failsafe recordings may surface in the near future, including a 4 song EP of all new material that was recorded in the Summer of 2001 and never completed.
