"Now Is The Time" was written by BUDDY CLONTZ. All instruments on this recording were played by BUDDY CLONTZ. This song is basically about the importance of making key decisions that can positively influence the direction of your life, and the lives of others, in a world full of distractions that are not always in your best interest. Don't put things off, there is no time like the present...you know!

"Long Hard Road" was written by BUDDY CLONTZ. All instruments were played by BUDDY CLONTZ. This song is basically a pop-rock tune with a little 1960's flavor to it. This tune could be thought of as a theme song for people who have had a rough start but have gotten to a certain point in life the "hard way" through good old fashioned hard work and determination in spite of their initial circumstances!

"Papa's Jazzy-Pop" was written by BUDDY CLONTZ. All instruments on this recording were played by BUDDY CLONTZ. This song was written to sound like it could have come from a 1960's Movie Soundtrack, and was really written with my grandfather "Papa" Soles in mind. "Papa"(D.W.Soles) was a businessman who had class, style, and personality plus, not to mention, a heart of gold. Just a very unique grandfather from the 1960's-1970's. A theme song for Papa, a gentle soul...who was young at heart...

"For Dana" was written by BUDDY CLONTZ. All instruments on this recording were played by Buddy Clontz. This is an unfinished demo recording of a "Jazz-Rock" melody that came to me one day while I was thinking about how short life was...not long after my Mother "Dana" passed away in 1994. It came out of feeling a great loss...but still having hope. Maybe I'll be able to get back to this one and finish it out soon...for Dana.

This song is basically about being frustrated by some of the people around you in your everyday environment...and even in the local environment you live in itself. But, by "sticking to your path"... and eventually getting your due...in spite of all of the obstacles that come your way.

"Don't Change Us" was written by Kenny Carter(see Sentforth)in the 1970's and recorded in 1977 by Kenny and myself(Buddy Clontz) along with a few other tunes. This is basically what our little "High School Rock Band" sounded like on a good day! The disc was burned from one of the few remaining taped copies of this song on an old 8-Track Tape! Sorry about the few seconds of damaged tape, etc that occur late in the song. One day I hope to get my hands on the master tapes, or a better copy of this tune! Kenny Carter sang and played Keyboard, Bass, and Guitar. At the time he was my High School Band Director...and an excellent one at that! He asked me to play the drums, a little percussion, and a little bit of guitar on this tune, and so I did. I was 15 years old at the time...and it was a great experience for me. After 25 plus years, we still perform music together and our latest effort can be found at www.mp3.com/sentforth or www.sentforth.net

"Change Completes The Circle" was written by Kenny Carter(see Sentforth)and J. Hart in the early 1970's and recorded in 1977 by Kenny and myself(Buddy Clontz) along with a few other tunes. The disc was burned from one of the few remaining 45's..remember those! I may have been the first student at Tabor City High School to ever get a chance to professionally record and have a record pressed. Just for the sake of Trivia...This song was played on the FM Rock/Pop Station WNMB in Myrtle Beach, SC for a while after it's release...and actually was the most requested tune a few times! One day I hope to get my hands on the master tapes! Kenny sang and played Keyboard, Bass, and Guitars. At the time he was my High School Band Director...and an excellent one at that! He asked me to play the drums on this tune, and so I did. I was 15 years old at the time...and it was a great experience for me.
