For fans of progressive pop/rock, GLASS HOUSE was (unfortunately) one of L.A.s best kept musical secrets
during the latter half of the 80s and early 90s. (I have no actual proof of this but it sounds good, doesn't it?)
This page was constructed in part to to give any would be fans a chance to hear the music of a band that
"could have been" but passed on before they were, and also to serve as a vehicle for my own musical vanity.
The songs below are a collection of demos that serve as a snapshot of the 9 year evolution of this band and my songwriting in no particular order. Hi Fi listen or download are highly reccomended for optimum listening experience. I welcome any and all feedback. Thanks for listening.

| Featuring the growly bass of the mighty long scale Chapman Stick, this song was always one of my favorites to play live. While not the greatest sonic production (though not bad for 4 track cassette!) this one's classic Glass House. From the steady pulsing keyboard sequence to Mike's grinding chorus guitar, a cool sound collage with edgie vocals. | Glass House at its finest. Born from Mike Carapella's hypnotic guitar/delay figure, this powerful mid tempo prog rocker is in many ways is the crown jewel of the GH demo collection.
