Artist description
I alone compose and record my music. I'm 27 years old and have been writing music on and off for about 8 years now. These past few years I've gotten much more serious about it though. I easily spend well over half my free time working on new pieces or studying the masters. Right now I’m much more interested in orchestral music than any other. I listen mostly to pieces for full orchestra and practically no chamber music, and my orchestral music reflects this. There’s nothing like the climax of emotion and power that’s conjured from a full orchestra. I seem to like the dark and dramatic stuff the most. My compositional process almost always begins with a theme that I like that I may have improvised at the keyboard or that just popped into my head. From there I build on it through more improvisation, either at the keyboard or in my mind. If you’d like to be included on a fan list I have been building since my days of General MIDI composing, please email me from the contact page. I email everyone when I post new music. |
