Artist History
In early '80s, I participated in a Tokyo-based new wave rock band called "Zettai Reido" that means Absolute Zero degree. Those days, the band was sometimes described as so aggressive and anarchic in its sounds as if a punk band was copying the King Crimson. I played the electric bass guitar with unique and aggressive picking, played the guitar, wrote some songs and sang in Japanese.I had been away from activities as a player or a singer songwriter for 12 years since 1983.In mid nineties, a couple of things happened to me to restart my music activities. Such as restart of music activities by Mr. HAYAKAWA Yoshio who should be noted as a legendary Japanese rocker who wrote original Japanese rock songs with a lot of essential phrases in late 60's after 25 years absence from Japan rock scene.Since 1996, I have been acting as a weekend singer songwriter. |
