Artist History the 'cosmic relief' EP first surfaced in the summer of 1998 and it took nearly a year and a half for the project to reemerge with their second EP entitled 'two hour midnight'. cosmic relief is currently at work producing their debut album 'thema' that will be available on DAM CD soon.
