Artist description In the fall of 2001 a group of drunken ex-girlfriends gathered outside the window of Cleft S. for a midnight serenade of the song “Liar” by the Rollins Band. Cleft embraced this derision and set out to form a music group. The group would be him fronting an all girl back up band singing about what an insensitive jerk he was…a cross between The Smiths and The Supremes. He would use his theater training to create a dazzling live show. “I shall be king of all low life’s!” he proclaimed. “The Casanova of sleaze!”
