Artist description
The "band" is just me, Jenn Scudiero, a home-grown Minnesota girl from a fiercely emotional family. My music evolved when the poetry and diaries I used to write merged with the melodies I wrote on the piano. I wanted a more folk sound, though (not to mention a portable instrument), so I tried to teach myself guitar. This album is the result of that. I feel a little weird putting my music here for all to enjoy, especially since most of it is comprised of my most secret thoughts, but I was convinced that I ought to do something with it. Feel free to download and distribute if you please; I never intend to use my music to generate income. It has a much more important purpose: keeping me sane. All songs are written and performed by me, and all production (and the cover art) is courtesy of Destrago Scudiero. Be sure to check out Destrago’s unconventional ambient/electronica music at the Noize Incorporated, or Noize Inc, section of MP3.com. Thanks again to Destrago (my brother) for making this album a reality. No one in the world could have had more patience with my bashfullness in the studio. |

Artist History
The band is just me, Jenn Scudiero. I have taken classical music training in flute, oboe, saxophone, piano, and vocal, and am self-taught on guitar, with a few pointers from various guitar players I am friends with. I have always written bad poetry and decent music. I thought if I put them together and worked a little bit on the lyrical side I could come up with something that captured me a little better than dumb poems. I liked what happened, so I decided to share it. |
