Artist description
Mount Vermont is a side project by Samuel Kim where he can explore his love of Electronica. Mount Vermont is a firm believer in rhythm that moves, melodies that one can remember, but also, experimenting to keep things fresh. Music is fun. Let's not get too serious about genre definitions and scenes. Life is too short for that. |

Artist History
An idea that began in 2001 while staying in Liverpool, England...
Samuel Kim felt that he wanted to express his deep love of electronica which in fact goes back even further than his love of lo-fi indie pop. Trip-hop was the music that convinced him to give electronica another try after being a house/techno fan of the early 90s [when no one listened to that stuff]. Now, he's back and he wants to cross boundaries to give music that excites people, and well... gives joy in some way. Blips and bleeps can help you people. Really. |
