Artist description Middle Earth is modern guitar driven alternative rock. The songs are structured around moving guitar riffs that crash into soaring choruses. Lyrical content is often centered around the darker issues that surround human psychology;however,hopelessness is never a final conclusion.

Artist History Middle Earth formed in the summer of 1997 in Tallahassee, Florida. In 1995 a local band named Baby Fish Mouth Broke up. A rival band called Naked Toddler quickly snatched up the bass player and renamed themselves Creed. The rest is history as far as that side of the story is concerned. Baby Fish Mouth's former guitar player named Alec Prentice kicked around Tallahassee's local music scene until finally forming Middle Earth two years later. Middle Earth has just completed a four song cd with hopes of gaining attention outside Tallahassee's constrictive music scene. The disc is self-tittled.
