Artist description
Delroy left Jamaica in the 70's bringing with him the vibes and influences of the music.
He has continued to be a major influence in keeping his roots and culture alive through reggae music.
His commitment and dedication have been inspirational in particular through the formation of Black Roots,
which reflected the revolutionary ideas of Rastafarianism.
Black Roots were also famous for composing the signature tune for the 80's sitcom Frontline, and two albums were released by the BBC.
Delroy went on to sing with reggae band One Drop,
who played extensively throughout the South West during the early 90's.
Then on to Cornwall based Orange Street,
Now he is in full force with the revolutionary Bristol Band “ Justice "
