Artist description HMP is more of a hobby than a band. Our motto is "Record Everything" and we built a studio in a country retreat to do just that. Off-the-cuff Recording Studio in Upstate New York offers multi-day, move-in recording session packages. The house is surrounded by over two hundred acres of woods, fields, streams and ponds.

Artist History Two left-handed brothers with different professions that feel there might be a chance we could be rock stars if we got serious about song development and had a great place to record. Will has played in rock bands since the mid eighties. Paul took piano lessons for years. We started playing and recording together in 1997 on an old tape recorder our grandmother had. From the beginning we always made songs up and kept doing it. There is an inventory of over 100 tapes and hard drive of raw material recorded over the years. The songs span the evolution of HMP and our recording equipment. Most of the listed songs were recorded from 2001 to present. Many of the songs are tape recordings. Since the summer of 2002 we've been using Cakewalk's Sonar XL and a growing list of quality equipment. It's all for fun and a little mental and emotional exercise!
