    Artist description
    Donatus Haus (*1964), a german organist, conductor and composer was first taught music by his grandfather, then studied organ at the Saarbrücken Conservatory, afterwards conducting and piano at the Weimar Conservatory. In 1994 with flautist Tatsuya Mochizuki he formed a duo for baroque music. They played in Germany and in Japan. In 1997 , they made a recording with charming, seldom played baroque sonatas, and famous organ solo-pieces from J.S.Bach. In 1998, Donatus Haus and solo-trumpeter Matthias Kiefer made a recording with festive music for organ and trumpet. Donatus Haus played with the Gürzenich-Orchestra-Cologne and as composer he performed a program called „Sphärenmusik“ about texts from „revalation“ ( for 7 trumpeter, 2 choires, percussion, solists, speaker, synthesizer and organ) together with trumpeter ans composer Markus Stockhausen.
