Artist History
graduated in 1997 with a Bachelors degree in performance from the Berklee College of Music. His private instructors include Joe Santerre, Michael Manring, Whit Brown, and Anthony Vitti. While at Berklee he was selected to perform at the annual student showcase concert during Bass Week. Since graduating he has appeared at many festivals and concerts with Skeeter & the Three Notes, East Coast Connection, Tim Weeks Trio, and as a soloist opening for acts such as Joan Osborne, Joshua Redman, The Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, and The Isley Brothers. Theater experiences include Thunder Knocking on the Door, A Chorus Line, and Grease. His solo performances utilize various slapping and tapping techniques, altered tunings, the harmonic E-Bow, and his unique approach to counterpoint on the bass guitar.
