Artist History
Brian's professional music career started with bad garage bands and jamm sessions. He was then drafted to play rhythm guitar in local Encinitas band Eden Park. From there he went on to play and tour with San Diego's most famous rock band Liquid Groove. After LG, Brian met a carpenter named Gustavo Peraza who helped Brian build a recording studio. Who as it turns out also plays drums, and the two of them formed The Odyssey Calling. This is where the general ideas for Brian's music direction started to form. From there it was off to San Francisco to play in 730... and the rest is history. |

Group Members
Brian would like to thank his friends who helped out in the process of these demos. James McCutchen for the loud and drunk studio sessions in L.A. that inspired some of these demo's to take on a life of thier own and really rock. Brian's sometimes writing partner, Steve Ybarra from 34 Below - singing dynamo and friend and a good shoulder to lean on in the writing process. Gustavo Peraza who laid most of the sonic inspiration for Brian's music and can drink a mean gin & tonic. Gregg Schnitzer who taught everyone more about recording in four days that we could have learned in a lifetime. |
