Artist description
Mainly drummer, but also play bassguitar, some percussion and keyboards on his records.
He also does all the singing, both lead and backing vocals.
Until now he has been using one guitarist on all songs. But on the last song he used a different guitarplayer on the rythmpart, and a jazz-keyboardist on two of the last songs.
This was done to get some variations on the album, and to see if these guys had some other ideas and qualities than perhaps he would have preferred. |

Artist History
Anders Hoffmann was born in 1968 and started playing the drums at the age of six. Two of his grandparents were professional musicians and his grandma started to buy drum set-parts for him, so when he was around nine he had a complete drum set.
When listening to Genesis at the age of six-seven, Mr. Hoffmann was determined, he was going to be a drummer in a rockgroup. He remember Phil Collins´ progressive drumming in Genesis and just loved it. He wanted to do the same. Since he started playing the drums he has been messing with music almost non-stop. Music has been a great part of his life, and he plays every day.
He's got a digital piano at home and not one day goes by without him playing a bit. And when he's at school, he will find a piano there to do his magic. |
