Artist History
"I have been a Music Lover Since I was 5 years old. I know that's pathetic but...my carreer begin when I was 6 years Old: I have been a Singer in the most famous Music's Festival for children existing in Italy...(please, don't laugh!)
Anyway, I have played piano for 6 years, creating in me the right musical consciousness and finally in 1999 I composed my first song.
At first I was too much Influenced by The Eurodance Music, so I couldn't create anything different, but since at first I was looking for something different on music. After some month I added more experience with my synth, and My music style
was going to become more perfect...Now I'm here, and I like my music because that's various, very melodic and probably powerfull!
I'm trying to comunicate a message, a wave...a new genre: mine."
"Welcome to my official Web Site! First of all I'm Dj TaBoo and I'm a Big Trance Lover! In 1999 I started to compose music just to enjoy my self, trying to act one of my most important dreams. :a Richer Trance Music. The music change, is never the same, there are a lot of differents melodies, drums, basses... New compositive elements! Why not the SOLO? It has to be really inspired by anything and not just commercial, just pruducted looking for money. It won't be an easy way but untill now I'm satisfy of my work. So I hope that you will like my music how, thanks again for this Visiting"

Press Reviews
"DJ Taboo: Eros and Tanatos is an excellent example of how you can manipulate an almost complete orchestra into electronica. From string instruments to pianos and synths, this is an excellent blend of technology vs. humanity, thrown together into the blender of our minds.
The ever-changing measures offer much to look forward to throughout the song as almost nothing repeats itself. Continuously reinventing the music throughout is a difficult process for any musician. Trying to capture the listener’s ear and hold it throughout the duration is a very difficult thing; however, this song is not without flaws.
Coming from this very background myself, I too have taken many stumbles along the ever-changing road of the vast electronica industry. Creating extremely long symphonies has an extreme disadvantage. It tends to get a little drawn-out and just when you think you’ve had enough – something new comes to ear. I am unsure if this was DJ Taboo’s precise intention, but this is not something I hold against him. For starting off merely three years ago, this is an excellent transition stage.
I think this piece could benefit from perhaps a few new instruments and some recording equipment to give it a real professional sound. One may retort to that statement by saying, “Aren’t you supposed to rate the song for what it is and not by what equipment was used?” Then I say, “The Sistine Chapel would not have been had Michelangelo used a box of crayons.”

"Breath of Life will go on my station this weekend - tal vez sooner.
Here are some thoughts on this song but after one listen I can't find where I can offer any suggestions for improvment or even a change I might make. But here are some thoughts as I hear them on the second and third listens:
The sound levels were right on - the blend of frequencies was right on - the blending in and out of different instruments and percussion was right on - each instrument distinct, although complex at times - the individual instruments are there and working together. A hard lesson to learn - perhaps more of a feeling and art.
Introduction: I like the seperation from the start - a good sign of a good song coming - and the number of percussion instruments you have going - percussion is always interesting but the bass line you bring in is so 'full' - well done. Nice break after your introduction with the synth to add suspense and the high bongo going on - more suspense - on the right - well done. 1:35 Complex percussion build - I have a passion for percussion - 2:20 nice synth line and now second synth line - and very well developed chord progressions - ultra vez - well done.
Great build continuing - Very 'natural' 'drum set' sound - so very important - the difference between good and excellent - what do you use to get that natural drum set sound? I kind of expected a break around 3:30 or so - but that was because I was not listening to enjoy but to critique. If you did a nine minute version of this I believe the break would come. You have your ending down very well - nice slow fade and ending - again very well thought out and developed - by that I mean there are lot of good endings - but you let the listener know - without being aware around the 4:25 point that the ending is approaching - so smooth......
Thanks for some great entertainment on this Tuesday evening."
