    Stephen Bell-Booth is a singer/song writer from New Zealand. His music was influenced by gospel and traditional hymn writers. Stephen has twice won the APRA "Silver Scroll Award" for his song writing and has also won "New Zealand Gospel Album of the Year" twice. Stephen's writing spans from contemporary gospel to funk jazz instrumental. Stephen has written music for movies and television documentaries and has performed in many countries throughout the world.

    Artist History
    Stephen began playing the piano at three years of age. He has "perfect and absolute pitch" which enables him to understand immediately any tone, chord or frequency. Stephen produced his first album in 1982 "Letting the people Know" on teh Mushroom label. "Shelter" was produced in 1988 on the Pastoral Record Co label. "undivided" was released in 1993 on Pastoral Records label and "Food for the Journey" was published in 1999. Stephen has performed and toured the USA with Barry McGuire (Eve of Destruction), he has performed in many countries throughout the world. He has scored the music for movies, documentaries and audio visual productions as well as produced numerous records in New Zealand and Australia.
