In 1993, I did a brief tour of 3 African countries with World Vision, to gain a greater understanding of what they were doing with the money. One of the most profound images I remember was a man asking us to wait outside his hut while he gathered something together for us to take back to New Zealand. He emerged few minutes later with 4 or 5 eggs and asked us to take them home to his sponsors as a way of saying thank you. Special thanks to Nigel Stone, Denys Mason and Bob Smith for their input into the production of this song. |

This song was written at a band rehearsal, one afternoon, in the University area of Seattle (one of my favourite places in America) at a building that started out as Greek Orthodox house of worship, converted to a pub, then a church again. My US/Canadian band gave the song its title. |

I wrote this song in a period of my life when things were horrible. I suffered from depression due to the circumstances our family business was going through. And I discovered a verse of scripture that told me not to worry. God is our provider. I know a lot of people have been encouraged and strengthened from this song over the years. Be encouraged. |
