Artist History
Formed in the crazy year 1997, this 4 piece gang of hoodlums have been squeezing the balls of Denver with their unique blend of punk rock, hardcore, metal, thrash, and satire... also aptly referred to as "Berzerk-Core". With their amazing high energy, FYF have played over 200 shows in and around the Denver area, playing with such bands as The GC5, The Krays, Blind Society, Hudson Falcons, and D.I. to name a few. They have also been on 3 independantly financed tours of the west & midwest United States, spreading their plague to unsuspecting citizens. Currently, the band is recording their 4th album to be out this summer; a double CD featuring over 30 songs. ROCK ON..... OR BE DESTROYED!!! |

Press Reviews
"... Fast heavy punk rock. Loud and abrasive, and they'll do their best to offend you. They just put out a 7" on Bad People Records and are playing out a lot. Good shows and great pits, just don't be surprised when their singer starts stripping." - Throat Culture Magazine #1.
"Opening their show with part of 'Maiden's "Hallowed be thy Name," complete with drummer, Brandon wearing an Eddie mask got my attention. By the time they raced to the end of the first song, Forth Yeer Freshmen had the attention of the entire Sportsfield Roxxx. Make no mistake about it, these lads came to kick some ass. The thing that is so immediately apparent about vocalist, Aaron, guitarist, Stagg, bassist, Logan and the aforementioned drummer, Brandon, is that they are all into their shit. They all hold the stage equally, coming across much more powerfully than any local band you've seen this month, I guarantee. It was so obvious that they enjoy what they do, that I couldn't but help enjoy what they do. By the end of their nine-song set, I was a fan. These four veal cutlets kicked my fuckin' ass. You haven't seen them yet? Do yourself a favor, drop everything and check 'em out. You won't be disappointed." Maris The Great (local promoter)
"...these local guys bill themselves as 'Colorado's favortie morons'. So what more is there to say? They've been punking it up for five years and show no signs of stopping. They have quite a few releases under their belts, including appearances on an impressive array of compilations, a couple of tapes, a 7 inch, two full length CD's, and an EP. With song titles like 'Rocky Mountain Hate State', 'Shut Yer Mouth', and 'Blow Shit Up', you know this ain't no emo band!" - Denvoid Magazine, Oct/Nov 2002 |
