Artist description
The Yetties are one of England's most popular traditional folk music groups. These boys have sung and played together all over the world for more than 40 years since their days as boy scouts in the 50s. They still perform a full all year round calendar and frequently produce new albums and video feature films.
Their name comes from the Dorset village of Yetminster which was their childhood home. The Yetties obvious love of the English West Country, it's songs, stories and humour wins them friends wherever they go. Some folks fondly call their music "Scrumpy & Western", scumpy 'tis the popular alcoholic apple beverage of the English West Country.
