The Yetties are one of England's
most popular folk groups. They take their name from the English Dorset
village of Yetminster which was their childhood home. Their obvious love
of the English West Country, it's songs, stories and humour wins friends
wherever they go. The Yetties have sung and played traditional folk songs
together around the world since they were boy scouts in the 50s - and they
still work a full calendar all year round.
The Yetties are:
Bonny Sartin (Picture
Top Left) , lead vocals
Pete Shutler (Picture Bottom
Left), accordion
Mac McCulloch (Picture Middle
Right), guitars
plus various guests on fiddle and
other folk instruments
Presented by John of Celtic

"this is the first group that inspired
my passion for British folk music, well over 30 years ago"
