Artist History
The technology used with the audio files is not subliminal suggestion, hypnosis, guided relaxation, binaural beat, or HemiSync technology. It is something completely new. There are "tones" that signal to the listener when to inhale, when to exhale, and when to retain the breath and for how long. It is a matter of synchronizing or matching one's respiration to patterns that are on the files. Each file will progressively take the listener to deeper states. The science is not so much in how the audio is produced but in how the breath patterns are arranged and in the progression of the patterns. |
