In Novembre - 1995, BloodofChrist released their highly auspicious, genre-defying tape;"the Lonely Flowers of Autumn". Not merely a tape, but music; music of shared visions, ofprogression, of courage and morose emotions melting with anger. "tLFoA" receivedimpressive reviews in such noted magazines as PIT, Extremities, Sounds of Death, Shadows of Michelangelo andThe Sepultural Voice; who refered to BloodofChrist as "one of Canada's - and all the underground's best!" You may have also seen BloodofChrist battling live on stage aside such noted acts as Cryptopsy,Hemdale,Cannibal Corpse, Gorguts, Obliveon, Incantation, Macabre, Mundane, Morbid Angel and countlessothers; where BloodofChrist's intense and raw set of pure audio holocaust is performed in the tightest and mostsickening ways. In December 1996, BloodofChrist returned to Mole Studio to record their debut full-length album with RainerWiechmann.
