Recorded by Dan & the band in their rehearsal bunker, "Murdering a Storyteller" offers a glimpse into things to come from the Blood of Christ camp. This lo-fi pre-production demonstation is the first recording session to feature the new line-up and showcases songs that will appear on the new album due in Autumn 2003. You can also find this song on the "The Calm Before the Storm" compilation CD put out by Maelstrom Music Group, which also features such artists as Agalloch, Ulver, Neuraxis and many more. This song is heavy, fast and grinding; sometimes even slow and chunky. |
