Press Reviews
There are elements of Spaceman 3 in the droning guitars of certain tracks, but Spunky Munkey really should have teamed up with Britain's seminal heavy prog rockers, Hawkwind, before their demise. (Reviewed by Will L.) Listen.Com*********** Spunky Munkey Commercial? CD Review By: Jessica Simmons****** This Canadian band, Spunky Munkey, has put together a CD that is very diverse. This band describes their music as blues to experimental. They were dead right describing their music this way. My favorite song would have to be "The Zodiac". It gives the group a chance to really show off their talents. This is a band that I would recommend keeping an eye on.
