Artist History
After five years of stop-start progress, Flack have managed to write, finance and produce their own debut album "It's In Your Head", released in 2001. Three members of the group used to be in legendary art-rock underachievers The Ian Frenzy, but this is quite a different set-up. |

Press Reviews
Praise for It's In Your Head. Those of us who worried that guitar music was sinking into a morass of simple-minded cliché can rest easy. Flack prove that the possibilities haven’t been exhausted yet – there’s nothing old hat about great songs played with dynamism when you use as broad a palette of sound as they do.
- Slick magazine
They embrace their technical limitations with gusto. And they prove that not just anyone can be an exhilarating amateur.
- Teardrops weblog
Is that the kitchen sink I hear being tapped? There is guile and craft here but also a great sense of fun.
- West London Gazette
Some of the funniest serious lyrics I’ve heard since The Smiths. If there’s more intelligent band in Britain at the moment I’ve never heard them.
