Artist description
Paul Hogan composes music in a variety of mediums. He is the co-founder of the Converging Currents Composers' Workshop, an organization dedicated to the presentation of new and experimental music in unique locations. Past events have included a concert on rowboats on a lake and a multi-stylistic event in a deconsecrated church. He has composed and performed with Ray's Music Exchange and the COBRA Ensemble Cincinnati. Paul has written for theatre, including The Oedipus Trilogy at the Cincinnati Shakespeare Festival and Blue Window by the IF Theatre Collective. He currently participates in a group called Noise Guerilla, and is pursuing multiple projects: world-jazz, Antarctic Folk Songs, Music for 25 beginner pianists, electronic music, and children's songs. |
