Artist History Doug Millaway(Solitary Refinement) was tired of playing to no one and needed valuable input on how to expand the musical style he was after. After advertising locally for collaborators, a very talented musician came forward.Rob Denton, the Beck and Akkerman influenced guitarist came on board to help form Third Level.
