Artist History
From Western Canada (Quesnel, British Columbia; Calgary, Alberta), relocated to Nashville, TN in 1995. Tracey K. has been singing since the age of 3, but became seriously involved in the music industry in 1988. Tracey K. made her performing debut at age 9 and she knew at that early age that she wanted to be a country singer like her influences Loretta Lynn and Jean Shepard. After becoming involved in the music biz in Calgary, Alberta in 1988, Tracey K. moved to Nashville in 1995 to continue pursuing her dream of a music career. Tracey K. signed with Rosebud Records in 1997 and recorded one album Tracey K. Houston "Falling For You." Tracey K. scored a number ONE with the single "Falling For You" on the Indie charts and also garnered a lot of GAVIN airplay. |
