Artist description CCAN is the largest online network of independent Catholic artists on the Internet. CCAN's intent is to form a viable, proactive community of Catholic artists who will support one another with prayers, advice and practical help to help assuage the frustration and loneliness that often comes with this challenging vocation. CCAN focuses its attention mainly on contemporary Catholic music, that is, music that would traditionally be performed outside of a liturgical setting, but liturgical music is also very much supported in this network. This site highlights many of the performers who are CCAN members.
