We regret to inform our fans be they real or imaginary that the Avant Gardeners are no more. Heavy alcohol abuse and the constant pressure to remain completely unknown have compelled us to hang up our synthesiers. To say we are disillusioned with the music business would not be completely inaccurate, but far more disillusioning is the fact that no one makes hooks in order to hang up synthesiers.
Our music shall remain in our head, rattling around for all eternity.
It's just as well
