Pointed falsetto Bossa Nova with modulating power-pop chorus. A sing-along put down. Features the great local Will Holshauser on surprise Farfisa organ (we pointed the organ at him in the studio and said "play!" and he did a bitchen job on very short notice) |

Propulsive, loping, whirlpool-like and desperate. A slanted 3AM plea to stay awake. 12-string and sleigh bells to the fore, swirling over a dark matted riff. Very "Revolver," sort of like an answer to "I'm Only Sleeping." At least in my wishful life it is. |

As the lead in says, "Another bed-centric Populuxe song!" This performance, culled from the January 14 show at Baby Jupiter in NYC, was the debut. Stripped down to guitarbassdrumsvoice, a crisp song to play. "I got your back" with Big Star sound. |
