SHAWN'S TOTAL OF #1 HITS NOW UP TO 13! With the release of the Comic Book Heroes demos, Shawn's total of #1 hits on various MP3.Com charts in Brooklyn jumps from 7 to 13. That's quite an amazing accomplishment. Here are the stats for each song that first made a chart appearance in 2002: "Save The Day For Me" debuted on the Soul chart in Brooklyn at #1 on November 6 giving Shawn his 8th #1 song. "Grand Finale" debuted on the Pop Vocals chart in Brooklyn at #1 on November 9 becoming Shawn's 9th #1. "Superman"- a tribute to the superhero known for his x-ray vision - debuted on the Groove chart in Brooklyn at #1 on November 9 giving Shawn his 10th #1. "The Secret Society Of Super Villains" - a retelling of how 5 of the world's greatest superheroes - Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, The Flash and Wonder Woman - were destroyed by the super villains Poison Ivy, Bizarro, Sinestro, Gorilla Grodd and The Angle Man, debuted on the Adult Contemporary chart in Brooklyn at #1 on November 9 becoming Shawn's 11th #1 song. "Gorilla Grodd" - a tribute to the super intelligent simian from Gorilla City who considers The Flash his archenemy - hit #1 on the Groove chart in Brooklyn on November 12 giving Shawn his 12th #1. And sweetest of all, "You're My Wonder Woman" hit #1 on the Pop Vocals chart in Brooklyn on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, again bringing Shawn's total of #1 songs on various MP3.Com charts in Brooklyn to the grand sum of 13. As you may already know, Shawn's previous #1 songs (in order) are "Operator" (New Wave), "Higher Mind" (Glam), "Forever Love" (Soft Rock), "Shoo Doo Wop Wop" (Groove), "Some Imagination" (Psychedelic), "Gentle Boy" (Crossover) and "State Of Affairs" (Psychedelic).
