Minimal production is a good thing
I appreciate the minimal production. (I usually cringe in anticipation of the big drums that I know are going to kick in in the chorus of most songs) so kudos for keeping it simple. It's a refreshing change of pace. -review from Minneapolis, MN

| Description: Amy and Don worked this one out on a beat up 12 string acoustic with only 6 strings- including harmonic tappings. A simple song full of Amy's passionate and angry lyrics, it also has one of Don's better leads (i.e., short and sweet with feeling). A couple days after we came up with it, we made an initial recording of it in the front seats of her car, as, in early October 1997 it was too cold to stay outside at the park near work where we played our music. | MP3.com CD: Sleepy Dreams - buy it!
