Welcome to the MP3.com Waking Jane site. The Waking Jane project started in 1993, when founding members, Dave Gibbs and Bob Bader, decided to try something new. Wading through the cover band scene for over a decade, most recently with Steel Breeze, they decided to start an all original band. Drawing from a variety of styles including blues, jazz, funk, rock, pop and metal, they melded these together to form a unique style.
