ADIOS are a more than impressive indie rock unit who hail from the Akron, Ohio area. The four members of ADIOS are only 18 years old, but the maturity of their performance is astounding. Whether it is the strength of their song's structures, emotional lyrical subject matter or wealth of irresistible energy, ADIOS have produced a stirring debut release in "The Ropes". The recording is sparse and "roomy", yet overwhelmingly powerful thus allowing the listener to become one with band. Its undulating dynamics rise and fall like the ocean's waves, crashing then rising again...crashing.
