As Attila Rides is a pillaging track of destruction and racial genocide. This song unleashes the fierceness and unrelenting brutality of Attila's army. Powerful machine gun blast beats with raging guitar melodies. Sick, disgusting vocals impressivly growled in Hungarian by female vocalist Arykán. Under the leadership of King Attila, the Huns assembed along the North Eastern Alps, and prepared for a full scale land invasion of the Italian Penninsula. As Attila and the Huns crossed over the Alps and moved down into Italy, they terrorized the inhabitants of the Western Roman Empire. The city of Aquileia at the tip of the Adriatic was wiped off the face of the earth. Churches were burned down, christians were sacrificed, and monks slaughtered. The fugitives from that pitiful city are supposed to have fled into the lagoons of the Adriatic and to have founded the new city of Venice. Much of the Po Valley--Milan, Verona, and Padua--was devastated and depopulated. The Huns had successfully eradicated all of northern Italy. |

When arriving at the outskirts of Italy Attila ordered his pagan warriors to pillage first then burn. Loot the wealth of the towns and cities, then burn them to the ground. They left no structure standing, and viciously exterminated the filthy dark skinned romans in the process. This is the battle hymn to the Tarkan's of War. They were the Elite Hunnish unit specifically trained to destroy structures and excecute people. They were best known for they carried large torches and long whips. |
