Done on 24 track analogue tape at the Institute for Audio Research in New York City. The vocals are particularly inspired in this track. A half hour before we did the vocals, I had discovered that someone close to me had broken into my van by stealing my keys. They took so much equipment that I had scraped to buy. It left me nearly broke and it was a while before I recovered from the betrayal of someone who I never suspected would do such a thing. Lesson learned. |

Recorded at the Institute of Audio Research on 24 track analogue tape. Many thanks to Ritchie Blakin. Ritchie is a great engineer and producer who has recorded everyone from Miles to Sinatra. Ritchie taught everyone so much about recording. Many thanks. Check out this tune, you will be surprised by how good it sounds! |

This ballad features the lilting trumpet solo of Jazz Artist - Michael Bareau. Michael works and lives in New York City. Michael Bareau's musical influences in Bee-Bop are evident in his treatment of this pop ballad solo.
The song was recorded on 24 track ADAT at the Institute for Audio Research. Check out the background vocals at the end of the second verse. They are very beautiful. This is a real demonstration of Jon Gwen's vocal arranging ability, particularly since it is a head arrangement and he did all four parts. |
