Pasties
6-8 med. potatoes, diced
1/2 c. rutabagas, diced
1 1/2 med. onions, diced
1 lb. beef or hamburger
Salt and Pepper
Parsley Flakes
Mix above ingredients together. Make pie dough and roll out to make individual pasties. Fill dough with mixture and fold in half. Seal the edges and bake at 375 on a cookie sheet for about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Top with gravy for that extra authentic UP taste. Makes 5-6 pasties. Enjoy. Your Taste Buds will thank you.
