This song was also played on 97.9 WNCI in Columbus, Ohio, for the 2001 "Diva Contest". Lisa made it to the top 10 out of 200 girls! Unfortunatley her song did not win, however, as the songs lyrics state, "It's alright to lose a couple games, & stand proud of it anyway". Lisa continued on with her "Natural High" CD project, and gigs in & out of Central Ohio. |

This song was mainly inspired by the old Farmhouse, & surroundings, that Lisa lived in/around from age 10 to age 18. It is located in a VERY small town in Northern Ohio called Ashley, OH. There were many wonderful memories made here & that is what brought out most of the lyrics for "I've Found my Honesty". Lisa wrote this song while living alone in a not so great apartment in a not much better neighborhood in the city of Columbus, OH in 1999. She was just writing how she felt at that moment. Wishing she could go back. |

"This is one of those so called "Angry Woman songs". Let's just say that I was feeling a little bitter at the time when I wrote it. I'm sure that we can all relate."
