Written In the fall of 2001. This song works in harmony with Taken, but where Taken left off, this song is about the darker more disturbing side that people feel. About depression and a lost hope. Once again, it is another powerful, rock song. |

Written in the Late fall of 2001. This once again is another song that can be interpritated in a number of diffrent ways. It was written as an internal struggle with what happened on 9/11. It was mostly with me coping with it and how my dad worked so close to it. He saw the fireballs, he saw the people jumping out of windows, he was there. And I was so far away from it all. It was tough. It has a bitter look uppon things though, as in a 'why them and not me,' but it wasn't me. And because it wasn't me im happy in a selfish way. Could be taken religiously, could be taken metaphoricaly, but its just a stong hope that after all this killing and terror is over, that we finally find a peace, not only with the world, but within ourselves. |

Written in the spring of 2002. Its a soft, sweet song. About the most basic, melodic song that that we have. It is only an acoustic guitar played once through,
capturing how music should be played and felt, at the moment. |
