Sounds like the Swedish Psychomatic Orchestra vs a bunch of African Tribesman
who've been at some funky juice!
This (Deep dark secrets) is probably one of the most accessible Squish trax I've had the pleasure of hearing -
it's relentless with it's dancey-tribal beats, but the synthy string sounds give the track another angle,
which stops it getting boring. FUDGEDUBNOFUNK This Darklight,should be on Warp. It reminds me of heartbeat's "Around The House." Excellent loops that build ever so subtly. This music is absolutely fabulous, orgasmic, sassy and it just makes me dance and go totally absolutely MENTAL...!!!... Atlas - ouch! The first couple of seconds blow yer head off if yer not ready for 'em!! COOL, I like this track. As with most of the other Squish stuff I've heard it has a wackiness too it, and I mean that in a good way. It's different to your run of the mill electronic music. Squish is the don of quirky electronic madness! His music is infectiously groovy and penetrates the brain like some deranged drug ... everyone should be made to sample the delights of this music. DDS Heaps of verb on this mix. .... Very eclectic stuff here which is not sure what it wants to be.... I can hear some talent here. |
