Gigi DeNisco is an Acoustic Rock Artist,singer,song writer and excellent live performer.
The Gigi DeNisco Band has opened for many Nationals, including Boz Scaggs, Stevie Nicks,
Willy Nelson, Albert King, Steely Dan, Starship, Vanilla Fudge and Keith Urban to name a few.
Gigi has been voted "Best Female Rock Vocalist" in The Miami New Times Magizine. She has been
added to more than 60 college and AAA Radio Stations and is currently receiving royalty checks.
Her music is heartfelt Acoustic Rock, Pop oriented, with excellent melodic structure and catchy
lyrics. Some have won Billboard Songwriting Awards. Some people consider Gigi's music, Country Rock.
Gigi DeNiscos songwriting was influenced by Joni Mitchell, Dan Fogalberg, The Beetles, Bonnie Raitt,
John Mellencamp, Heart, The Pretenders, Till Tuesday, C.S.N., Neil Young and America and she is
a big fan of the blues. Gigi's sound is solid and unique, you can't really say that she sounds
just like anyone! however she is a unique blend of all the above artist's mentioned, all rolled up
into one dynamic Gigi DeNisco. Gigi is also the absolute best female acoustic rythem guitar player
that I have ever seen, along the side of Nancy Wilson!
