You know, you've been apologizing all along, in wonder and in awe at your
uncommon success. :-)
So, I just thought I'd do more than listen to your songs - put my headphones
on - put my feet up and began to analyze this phenomenon.
You touched my heart, made me smile, made me think, and made me laugh so
hard tears were streaming down my face.And most of all, I saw something
awesome - I did see the Christ in you!
My conclusion: You left me with a feeling of warmth and happiness - just a
good feeling inside! If these aren't the ingredients for a recipe for
success, then what is? I say - accept it and keep thanking the Lord for
your good fortune!

The song "Our Lord Draweth Nigh" was written to be used to prepare for our hearts and minds for prayer...it is to be used in church just before prayer, after prayer requests
don't KNOW if this is the right thing to do but...I write my own songs...and all is recorded by me on a very cheap recorder...usually a mic attached to this computer.
I will probally never will see the top 10 in my cat. (christian country) but I did reach #23 and had 6 songs in the top 40. I write my songs usually within 5 minutes and if it takes longer than that...I feel they are coming from me and not the spirit.After all, these are the Lord's songs....that he has let me create....I get very nervous when I play in front of people ...and when I do...I say, LORD....I'll start the song...and you please take over from there....He always does......I hope this is not too corny....but someone asked about me....so.........IF you all want to hear some of my songs....written and performed by the Lord and me.......check me out at....www.mp3.com/elmers_tunes
